If you are unsatisfied with a course you have purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@blueoptacademy.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Courses that have been completed or for which a certificate has been issued are not eligible for refunds. BlueOpt Academy reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
